  • 5 invoice syncs per month

  • All features available
  • Basic support

Limitations:

  • Monthly sync limits reset on billing cycle
  • When limits reached, syncs queue until next cycle

Best for:

  • Testing before committing
  • Very low volume businesses
  • Evaluating the platform

Unlimited Tier

For businesses that need unrestricted syncing.

Included:

  • Unlimited invoice syncs
  • Unlimited payment syncs
  • Unlimited product syncs
  • Unlimited quote syncs
  • All features available
  • Priority support

Pricing:

  • $30 per month (billed monthly)
  • $300 per year (billed annually - save $60)

Best for:

  • Active businesses
  • High transaction volume
  • Production use

How Limits Work

Free Tier Limits

  • Limits are per sync type, per month
  • Example: 5 invoices AND 5 payments (not combined)
  • Resets on your billing cycle date
  • Unused syncs don't roll over

What Happens at Limit

When you reach a limit:

  1. New syncs for that type are queued
  2. Queued items show "Pending" status
  3. They process when limits reset
  4. Or when you upgrade

Limit Tracking

View your current usage:

  1. Go to Settings then Billing
  2. See usage for each sync type
  3. View remaining syncs for the month

Choosing a Tier

Start with Free

We recommend starting free to:

  • Test your sync configuration
  • Verify data flows correctly
  • Understand your monthly volume

When to Upgrade

Consider Unlimited when:

  • You regularly hit free tier limits
  • Sync delays impact your business
  • You're ready for production use
  • You need priority support

Upgrading

From Free to Unlimited

  1. Go to Settings then Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Unlimited
  3. Choose monthly or annual billing
  4. Enter payment information
  5. Subscription activates immediately

Benefits of Upgrading

  • Queued syncs process immediately
  • No more monthly limits
  • Priority support access

Downgrading

From Unlimited to Free

  1. Go to Settings then Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Choose to cancel
  4. Access continues until billing period ends
  5. Then reverts to Free tier limits

What Happens

  • Current period remains Unlimited
  • At period end, Free limits apply
  • Sync history is preserved
